Hi, we\u2019re Brais and Sergio, the creators of Wicca Escape Room. Nice to meet you.\n\nIf you\u2019re reading this, you may have visited one of our rooms and met us there, perhaps you\u2019ve spoken to us on the phone, or maybe you\u2019re simply a little nosy and felt like having a look around. In any case, allow us to introduce ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m Brais, and I ended up here because of my love of escape rooms. It all started many years ago with an interest in solving escape rooms, first in Vigo and then all over Spain. Over time, that interest turned into a passion for designing escape rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve spent my whole life working in IT\u2026 during the day\u2026 but at night\u2026 I\u2019m Batman!\n(I\u2019m not deleting this, Sergio. This is my website, and here I am whoever I say I am.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my career in IT, I\u2019ve done a bit of everything: systems administration, network administration, ethical hacking, website management and basically anything that could be done while sitting down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While building our first room, I\u2019ve also worked as a painter, electrician, electronics technician, decorator, cleaner, Game Master, builder and probably a few other jobs whose names I don\u2019t even know\u2026\n(Hey, just like Da Vinci! \ud83d\ude05)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of my hobbies include beer, video games, huge steaks, board games, TV series, films and sports. And now I suppose I can also add building escape rooms to the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I\u2019m Sergio, the more handsome and humble of the two.\n\nProfessionally, I\u2019ve done a bit of everything, although my career has always revolved around the world of information technology. I\u2019ve worked as a programmer in more languages than I can remember, an IT and office software instructor, a network and systems administrator, in telecommunications and project management, and with technologies identified by endless acronyms that nobody really cares about, such as MGCP, SIP, IOS, SAP, ERP, HCM, FLIP, TIP and BARRIP. I may have made some of those up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a personal level, I probably have too many hobbies. Besides escape rooms, I\u2019m really into board games and role-playing games, all kinds of video games, football and motorsports, adventure and fantasy novels, comics, graphic novels, manga, manhwa and manhua. I\u2019m also an amateur DJ, I play the piano, enjoy mixology, try to make the perfect espresso, paint miniatures\u2026 and I\u2019d better stop before I run out of space.\n\nI have no idea where I\u2019m supposed to find enough time for all of that. Perhaps I need four-day weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course, I now also design escape rooms and games for them, mainly focusing on story direction, logical puzzle design, microcontroller programming, decoration, audio and video, special effects, and celebrating with beer and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
